Elutasította a perújítási kérelmet a Fővárosi Ítélőtábla kedden, így jogerős maradt a dr. Geréb Ágnes ügyében 2012-ben hozott döntés: a vádlottat jogerősen két év fogházra ítélték és tíz évre eltiltották a szülész-nőgyógyász orvosi és a szülésznői foglalkozástól.
A Fővárosi Ítélőtábla kedden Geréb Ágnest két év szabadságvesztésre ítélte és tíz évre eltiltotta hivatásától. Az ítélet jogerős.
